Simple flash animation needed!

I need a very simple looping flash animation.

What it looks like is a small sphere with tubular rings around it, just two or three, circling around it.

I'm not sure what details to add, but the one that is on this template is what I want:

It will just sit in the center and spin forever. It only needs to be perhaps 10 to 20% with of the screen.

Let me know of any other details. The page itself should have a background similiar to that one.

There is a program you can get called "Flash Decompiler" I found it on Kazaa.
You view the page source to find out the path to the .swf then you make a link to it in a .html file, right click your link and choose "Save target as..."

Number - I e-mailed the site admin for that template I wanted. He stated that unless I was knowledgable at flash there's no way I'd be able to alter the template to my liking with menu names and body text etc...

Would you agree with this? It seems a little severe to me.

If I got it would you help me alter it? You could have the template too.
