simple script/program needed!

Hello,

I need the following script. Maybe in perl, or anything else... doesnt matter as long as I can run it on my freebsdserver or my windows computer.

I have two textfiles.

One of them (lets call if file 1) contains words like:

word word
word word word
word
word word word
...

The other one (lets call it file 2) contains words like:

word1
word2
word3
...
word999

Now I want the script to automatically build lots of htmlpages like this.

Makes a file called word_word.html, and adds somewhere between 100-300 random words from file 2. And also adds about 10-30 ".":s after 10-30 random words and then a Capital letter after the "." . Just so it looks like its real text. The continue with the next line in file 1 and make that the same way... and so on...

There should also be an index.html file built with links to all the different word_word.html files.

Anyone who could do this?
