Site Management System or something like that?

Hello all, me and a friend have decided to create our own webhost directory, where a host submits their website, and it's automatically added to a MySQL Database under the table Free Host/Paid host/Dedicated host etc. along with prices, description, and a section of the host where customers can write reviews etc. sort of like whats at URL

If anyone knows any projects like this with a GPU liscence it would be much appreciated. Or if you know something like that which would not be to hard to modify it would be much appreciated.
