Talented, creative flash programmers needed

Ok, first off - this is my first ever posting on a forum ever so bare with me !
I have a concept for a social website but with a twist that will (I'm sure and with great confidence) be as big as Facebook. Finished laughing yet ?! No, truly. The idea I have is genuinely genius however also happens to be extremely complex in its creation. I can't give away too much at this stage for fear that someone will pinch the idea and I'd have to go through the aggrovation of suing them. Something I'd rather not have to do ! As a basic guide the site requires complex flash animation & chatrooms. It is the twist that will capture the market and will be able to pull a very serious number of people from every chat/social website globally - so traffic potential will be enormous.
What I'm looking for is maybe a couple of people to come in on it with myself right from dot on a completely equal split. Preferably programmers from the uk but happy to talk with someone who has the genuine enthusiasm and skills required. I will probably be throwing some of my own money into the animation/character design but not expecting anyone else to - just their time and skill.
