Help Wanted - Team Needed for Car Racing Game

Hello Everyone:

I am working on a game project with my single partner and need help to finish the game. Read below for details.

Project name:
Racer 3.

Brief description:
This is a car racing game both in single and multiplayer mode. We are thinking to make it an online car racing game. And the single player game will be downloadable for the gamers (This, however, is a future feature.).

Target aim:
To have a realistic physics mode.
The player will experience a first person view, through all the events.

Compensation:
I would like everyone to know that we are going to release the online version for free but the downloadable version will be distributed against some money. So, till than evryone has to wait for their rewards.

Technology:
Language : C++
Game Engine : Irrlicht
Sound Engine : Irrklang, Fmod
Physics Engine : IrrPhysics, Newton

Talent needed:
I only need a team of 6 - 7 members and most of them should be C++ programmer. But also I need a 3d modeler and a 2D Artist (better than me).
