the American-indian connection

Here is my plan.

After talking with many clients, they say that they do not like working with foreign entities because of security reasons and lack of communication. I am looking to start a joint venture with an indian coder or team of coders. i would like to be the american counter part. I can handle fixing emails to american english, speaking with clients over the phone, etc. I am also capable at php / mysql development.

it doesnt really matter what he is talking about and please forgive me on saying this but isnt there a board for south west asia(pakistain,india,etc..) where people could use to post stuff like this? I find it rude to find people who are not even american do this who more than likely will be looking for clients who have a decently backed $ to do business with and not allowing non SWA people to join in.

huh? I am sorry, the team of designers I am seeking doesn't need to be Indian. However, I would need there pricing level to be of about the same level.
