tomcat MySql jsp servlet setup
Yesterday I copied the entire site from the main server at tilted.com to the test site
I am assuming I still need to deal with the data connection for the new server, I am not sure, I just can not imagine that it would link without some issues. The site has a root folder that holds an index.jsp file, this is redirecting to the welcome servlet, which I believe is calling the usertemplate.jsp and from there rendering pages. For sure I do not know, I am just making assumptions at this point. the path to get there is /tomcat/webapps/ROOT/index.jsp the welcome servlet and template are in: /tomcat/webapps/ROOT/jsp/ What will it take (and cost) to run through this and get it operational? And explain to me what is going on. |

It is likely that I can help you though I will not be able to look at it until after 17:00 U.S MDT. I would charge USD 50/hour, payable via Paypal. My standard setup is to take 30 minutes at no charge to see if I can figure it out. If I can and you want to move forward then I estimate how long it will take, and, assuming you want me to, start the clock. If I can solve the whole thing in 30 minutes then I leave it up to you to decide if it was worth the $25 or not. If I don't feel I can solve the problem you owe nothing.
My contact information is in my profile. Let me know if you need some help.
