thank you for the tutorial. greatly apreciated. I think I have something like that in the FAQ already, but thats fine. the more we have about DNS, the less trouble tickets we'll get, as this is the primary question for newbies. I will also have a Flash tutorial about all these, and how to set them up. Again, thank you for your contribution

As for your friends who want to write some, it is again greatly appreciated.
just PM me with their desired username/pass, and I'll set it up right away so they can have tutorials written in their own name.

you can also change your username/pass from the control panel.
