UniType International and ILKEYB - in need of Sanskrit

I'm learning sanskrit, the devanagari alphabet and wanted to find some good tools or CD's about it and with Sanskrit texts. Is there anybody from India here? I want to translate Kabeer and other middle age poets and religious leaders into Russian, but need help. Any other info on these tools? How to build a site with devanagari support like
