Volunteer c++ programmer needed!!!

I need a volunteer c++ programmer for a massively multiplayer oriented game!

Any more details...? What API? What part of the game to make? Is it temporary or for the full game?

My head is spinning with all the posts I see like this. If you don't already have something to show for such a project...

Yo... I got your email and stuff but it's better that when tyou figutre out the stuff you post it here... Like all the questions I asked you are essential when you are recruiting a programmer...Well ask the other programmers on the team the API and what parts they need help with., because I'd help to do small things but I am already working on 2 other (large) projects + I have school + I have a job....

Now... Actually I am recruiting volunteer c++ programmers. That means I can't pay anything.
The project is a mmog. It'll be a sci-fi space flight simulator. And I already have an engine.
But because I don't get a thing of c++, I need a team of programmers - the larger, the better.

Right now nobody is working with me. So, honestly, I can't tell you much about that what are you going to do.
That's why I desperatly need somebody's help.

So, please post me your questions with the least terminology possible and an e-mail (if possible) and I'll tell you everything I can.

Hmm... I know it was volunteer.. I wouldn't want money for it anyway... Unless that the game will be sold after.

Tell me this one thing though... why do you absolutely want C++ programmers when you know nothing about it? I'd like to join but I've got pissed off at too many ignorant "leaders" who though they were in charge just becuase they had the idea... If you manage to find other people, sure, I'll help, but I cannot do this alone.

Another thing also... why aren't you looking for desingers and 3d modelers also?

The game definitely won't be sold. The license forbids me that. It will live only by donations. But it's little too early to talk about money.
About the one thing you want to know: I may not know how to write or read c++ programs but this doesn't mean that I am completely illiterate on that subject. Besides doesn't the file extensions 'cpp' and 'h' mean that the language is c++? I think I can distinguish c++ from Java or Pascal for instance.
About the game designers... It's early. I'll begin recruiting them the very moment I know that a programmer is ready to help me with the project and he feels ready to modify the engine.

lol... what liscence are you talking about dude?!?!?! Can't pretty much anybody sell pretty much anything??? Hm... maybe you can distinguish C from pascal but I'm pretty you sure you can't do it with Java... they are very similar. Well, cpp means c++, 'h' doesn't neccessarily mean c, but it can. That has nothing to do with anything though... I'd add you on msn like you asked me but I have too many people so when I go on it's like "I'm doing msn", not "I'm going on the computer..."

Can we move back to the topic? Are you willing to help me or not?
