vulunteers needed for php work

I need vulunteers to help me do some work on my php portal.

I need people with some experience with php and mysql.
I need someone to help me merge either ukiforum or phpbb into my portal.

And i also need someone to help me do some sort of skin or template system for the portal.

All information can be told if you need more information.
