Want to create a Programing/Tech website - Help needed
Hello Everyone
 I would like to make a website for begining and advanced programers to share there information (Languages: C, C++, VB 6.0, .NET(All), ASP, ASP.NET, JAVA, Python, PHP, HTML and any others I should add). The site would consit of fourms, tech articales and so forth. I want to create a team of PHP coders, web designers, and anyone else that can help us out.
