Wanted: A complete email service

Hello.

I would like my own hotmail-type email service where people can sign up for free email accounts and purchase
advanced accounts with additional space/features. I have a very limited development budget.

Please provide a list of all the third-party programs & scripts (open source etc.) that you would recommend using,
as well as how much you would charge to integrate them all. I would like a total price of how much I would need to pay
for a fully functioning free email service. Also, please let me know how long the enire project would take you.

As I am a full time student and would be working in my copious spare time, I cannot accurately predict the time I would need for this project. Say 3-9 months, times or divided by two.

I would use an array of modern open-source packages and tools, to deliver the highest quality in the shortest time possible.

if u need something like this we can provide this free webmail with 3rd party components in 1 month for $500. We are a small firm specializing in PHP/MYSQL/JSP programming. which language u need php or jsp?
