Wanted: Graphics Designer

I am currently looking for someone to assist me with creating graphics for my personal website (http://www.grey-council.org). At this point, I really can't afford to provide much in the way of compensation, other than willing to host a gallery of your work on a subdomain of my website.

However, in the future I will most likely be asked to create several websites, with compensation, and would be more than happy to recommend/refer you as the graphic artist for the job.

[Edit] I guess I should have mentioned that I'm especially looking for people who can take a basic idea, and then run with it - I'm looking for someone who is creative, artistic, and who can take a small kernel of an idea, and build on it.[/Edit]

Alright, I'm interested and would like more information. Especially after seeing your front page. I've been developing websites for over 5 years and have been an artist (graphic,illustration, etc.) for longer than that. I also have knowledge of java script, php, cgi, flash and other languages/programs to draw upon. The question is what are you doing with this site? Is it for a gaming guild (done several of those) or for religious aspirations?
