wanted: PDA / palm / pocketpc programmer
Hi,

I'm not a computer programmer. I'm entrepreneurial and I have knowledge (professional degree, experience and creativity) on a subject that I think would sell well on PDAs and pocketPCs.

I'm looking for someone to put it into a saleable user-friendly reference-style form for PDAs or pocketPCs.

I'd prefer to split royalties. I will consider pay for service (and no royalties) but I don't know how much people charge and I don't have much money.
