WANTED: Software Programmer for EZ Project

I am looking for a software programmer to develop a simple program that will allow me to run standard windows screensavers (.SCR filetype) in a separate adjustable window (not fullscreen as they normally do).

This program does not need to be complex - just the ability to run a screensaver in a separate adjustable window in the Windows XP environment.

I am a licensed attorney in CA and NV - I'm willing to trade services (set up an LLC or corp for you maybe?) or PAY you. Please post a reply or contact me for specific details (if you need them) or a quote.
