Web Based Sales Tool?
Hi all. I'm looking for a web based sales manager that will allow the following functions...

1-customizable website form to lead

2-the ability to schedule automated follow ups for emails or questions sent into us. For example...lead sends in an inquiry, i answer, i don't hear back from them in lets say 12 hours, I can schedule to have an an email template sent to this lead asking if they have any more questions, etc. The key is being able to set multiple follow ups for lets say 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, etc.

3-Ideally this system would also have a contract generation system that we could customize the contract specs, then post it to a URL or email it.

We've been looking through sourceforge and I've demo'd all the popular cms and sales portals but none of them have these 3 features. I think its kind of strange but in any event. Does anyone know of anything like this that is free or for a cost? If not is anyone interested in developing a system to do this?

Yes we have al of our own equipment. In fact, we do software development but we are currently swamped with other projects.

It would need to be in English.

We haven't made any templates as of now, we wanted to get the functionality in place first and then see what we can come up with.

We would need it to be a pretty secure system. It will hold some client info but nothing more than contact info and pricing to them as well as call in notes, etc.

for those that replied. We are writing the spec and possibly some template pages so that we can send it out and get your feedback and pricing for the project.

I will post back here when we have the spec completed. It will probably be a week or so.
