Web Designer - Attractive designs available

Hi all, My name is Chris, from London, and I design websites as a hobby. My personal goal, is to train myself to successfully design sites, that attract visitors to want more, than what is available on a site. I am currently seeking to build up a personal client list, and to do so, I need website projects.

If you need any html/flash sites done for your project, company or product, please contact me through email, or through my temporary site. I will be willing to take responsibility of putting together the layout and interface for the site that you want, based on your requirements.

I have a PHP/Survey program that I need a designer for. It's all Smarty template files that need to be spruced up. The site is down right now as realxl.net is switching servers, but does that sound like anything you'd be interested in?

Sounds simple enough, however you will need to pretty much come up with the overall layout, where as I will touch up the graphics right?
