Web designer needed

I'm looking for an web site designer for a couple web project that I have. I need someone that can design the graphical interface of a web site. Cannot really afford money right now.

Hey now, don't go making it sound like everyone here is to financially elitist to accept a non-paying gig for the experience and portfolio entry. I have seen plenty of postings by people that were more than willing to take a non-paying gig just so they can add the experience to their portfolio.

And you are correct, painting the fence would be a way to show off your painting talent, if that was your thing.

That's fine, and I am not knocking those who are, but that person make it sound like there was nobody willing to work for free when clearly, from the posts here, there are. Some people need to speak for themselves and not for everyone.
