Website Script Needed.

For all of you coders out there.

I need a custom script, to help with my website(www.flipsided.com). Right now I got many scripts that I use, I wanna have one control panel and some extra features. Here is what I need:

News - main page categorized news, with an archive.

Links Portal - categorized links, with an a "Submit a link" feature.

User Submitted Articles - An article script that would allow people to write articles, which will be categorized. (bad ideas, stories, jokes, etc...). Ratings and reviews of those stories.

Quizzes - yes or no quizzes that give u a final result (smart, average, dumb, retard) which is calculated on how well you answered the questions.

Non Dynamic Pages - Ability to create static pages using the control panel, but still have the site wide layout.


I would like to have a control panel that can have an ability to create moderators and give them permissions to do specific things. Should have a users online counter, and should be compatible with sympoll and shoutbox.
