Resources - Where can I find highschool programmers to hire for simple html work?

Working on a web project and want to hire $50 for 2 hours to develop me front-end work. Where can I find high school kids to do so? help?

Well, the most obvious answer would be "a high school", right?

Jokes aside, you could check a freelancer website like freelancer.com or odesk.com and put your little project on there. You'll probably get swamped by offers, and you pick an offer from a webdeveloper that looks good to you.

I can program basic html I am not great but I am good with graphics design so if you need me to make any graphics I can try and do my best.
