    Calling DLL Functions

Someone posted a link to a site, and on this site it lead me to:
http://nightmare.com/software.html. It says that this module will allow Python to call any function from any DLL file, just like Win32 does. The problem is that the download name is, calldll for python 2.1. I'm assuming that it will only work for Python 2.1 then. If anyone knows anything about this or knows of another module that does something similar to this, I will appreciate it if you post it here. Thanks.

"ctypes allows to call functions exposed from dlls/shared libraries and has extensive facilities to create, access and manipulate simple and complicated C data types in Python - in other words: wrap libraries in pure Python. It is even possible to implement C callback functions in pure Python."
