Database programming with Python

Hi there!

I just started to learn Python. Now I am reading about DB programming. And now I am surfing in appropriate section on www.python.org. There is an article about ODBC module (I am working on Windows platform yet). I can't understand is this module in standard supplying of Python or I should to download it from somewhere?

Thank in advance for any suggestions.
