Question Does Python support these features?
Does anyone know if Python supports these programming features (I really hope it does)?

Screen to screen animation (like PowerPoint)
Scrolling text w/graphics animation
Animated graphics
Sound playing
Opening and reading HTML files from websites
Customized program and window icons
Draw text dynamically over graphics (ie. based on text found in an external file)
Graphic layering (ie. one graphic can be placed on top of another for effect)

I know I'm forgetting something else.

Yes, all of them, but it sounds like you don't really want a programming language ....
