ezPyCrypto with version 2.3?

Hey,

I need to implement some crypto features into my application and from what I've read in a couple places, ezPyCrypto seems to be the easiest to use (I'm a newb). However, I have python 2.3 and I can only find versions of ezPyCrypto for version 2.2......to make matters even worse, I'm also on a windows box without a good compiler.....any suggestions?
