Is anyone aware of a FastTemplate-like module available for Python as they are for Perl and PHP?

Thanks. So if I have a site on a virtual server, Zope is something else that my web hosting service must setup/run/provide if I am to be able to use it with my Python scripts? Or can I run Zope as a user from the Unix/Linux shell?

Zope
You cannot just run a zope created web site on any server, you need to have a zope instance installed before the site you have create in zope will work
Have a look at this link http://www.zope.org/Members/gldnspud/zope3rdparty wabirdman

You don't need to install zope for the template thing, you can use it separately, so there's no need for that.
