The web site is a list of ip addresses (ip-address-01.htm). I can find no e-mail addresses there. Check the web page page that you are supposed to parsing and make sure that this is the correct one.

Hi, sorry about that. I was using a URL of a different project. I've updated the code with the one that I'm to use.

Your editor seems to be a nightmare.
Single quotes that delimit a string must be ASCII character number 39, '

Use emacs.

Where you have
numbers = re.finall('r\d+[- ]\d+', webpage)
you probably intended
numbers = re.findall(r'\d+[- ]\d+', webpage)

Once you correct the syntax python will inform you that the name "email" is not known:

for mail in email:

I cannot proceed beyond this because I don't know your intent. Neither getEmail nor getNumbers return a chosen value. Maybe okay, maybe a blunder.
Code tags
are essential for python code and Makefiles!

As stated in your DreamInCode thread, I don't think anyone is going to help you crack e-mail passwords.

It's not email passwords. It's 3 words.
