OK I finally got turning python's to .exe down, so now im wonderin : Can i use my own custom I con for my.exe s? I use installer to compile the .py to a .exe.

Use the --icon file option when setting up your spec file i.e.
python Makespec.py --onefile --icon path/to/icon.ico path\to\program.py Mark. |

Well surprise surprise i hav a problem.
I add the icon part and it compiles into a .spec, but wen i make it a .exe there still the same old butterfly icon ![]() |

cant get it to work either, even though its correct by the docs... maybe its just broken. Or it could have something to do with the windows version
