Install Problems (PyGTK)
Okay, I'm going to do everything I can to explain this in detail, because I am HORRIBLE at running installations for some reason.
I am running Stackless Python 2.7.3. It was installed that way.
I'm trying to install PyGTK 2.24 so that I can make GTK GUIs.
I extracted the tarball into a folder on my desktop.
I went into this folder and ran setup.py with IDLE.
It almost works, and some of the pygtk data is copied over and installed.
The following error is raised:
I can call "import pygtk" with no problems but it appears the install didn't actually complete, as I can't actually use pygtk. Anybody have any suggestions about what might have gone wrong?
