Is there anyway of finding available disk space?
I need to find the available disk space for the /var directory. Unfortunately the only thing that I have found is the 'df' command. However, this command does not single out the availablity, it spits out more data than I need.
Has anyone done this before or know where I can go to find the answer? Or, is this just not possible? Thanks, laura
