List of programs built with Python

Lets try and list cool or publically aware stuff. I'll start off with one of the coolest programs I have recently seen.

Bittorrent. A swarm networked file download enhancement program. It basically supplements a web servers bandwidth with those who are connected to it (you have to see it to understand it).

I pretty sure Red Hat's installer, anaconda, is written in Python.

Gentoo's portage system!

It beats RPM hands down, is (IMO) better than APT, it's easier than compiling the source yourself, and is really easy to use

On the python side of things, using Python has made it easy for users and developers to maintain and extend.

Also, of course, my pong

This article reminds me about Twisted - a nice web/networking framework for python.
