New 2 Py
I was recomended by a friend to visit this site i did and WOooooooooooW what a place to learn. I was told python is the easy language to learn. As I am new to programming i took is word and here i am. Now how do i put my first step?

Your first steps would be to download and install Python on your computer, as its not easy to learn a language in you're head
. You can get the latest version of Python here:http://www.python.org/2.3.4/ If your on windows, which most new users are then installation is amazingly simple; just download and run the exe and you're away. If your not a windows user then i'd sugest you read though the first part of Dive Into Python since this seems to be a good tutorial on installing on other platforms. http://www.diveintopython.org/insta...thon/index.html Once you have Python, i'd luck at the page below. By far the best online book right now in my oppion has to be Dive into Python; if only because it seems to be the most up to date and covers some interesting subjects
