I think it is impossible
I think it is impossible,
because I took many answer from this forum for my old questions.
but now there are not somebody to answer this question.
if there are not here, there are not anywhere .
if it can be possible, php and other developers use to python simple , base or cgi httpservers for learning their languages.
because it is easy to use and install.

I searched both forums
I searched both forums before ask this question,
and I searched other resources and google for it.
and it is not only for php developers, if a perl or jsp developer need a web server to test their aplictions , they need a http server, easy to use and install which work on their local machines.
but also I will ask same question in php forum

most people use apache as a webserver, especially if they're using php too. It's not too hard to set up either

I am using apache too
I am using apache too , when I was started to learn php in 2000.
but one time think about that, a few kilobytes compiled python web server. It can help beginners. Because many people thinking installing php is too hard. Ok, there are apache+php+mysql installer packages like xammp. But beginners still need configuration for it.
I am a php developer and I am trying to learn python.
I like python but still I prefer php for my web aplications.
