    Pixel Idenification and Change

    Hi

How could I open a Image File and read ever pixel and do something with it like duplicate it and then write it to a different file?

Would I have to download something?

I think you're going to have to download something. If by any chance Python can do that task alone, I would check the Python Modules page on the Python homesite.
