    Plotting scatter plots on MatplotLib

So I have an array like this:

    points =

    ( [ 0.00629553, 0.28591127],
    [ 0.24688819, 0.14933996],
    [ 0.37191113, 0.59593294 ],
    [ 0.59756718, 0.60569469],
    [ 0.72153271, 0.18947731],
    [ 0.66335158, 0.06417782],
    [ 0.15559752, 0.7544637],
    [ 0.99705802, 0.16106675],
    [ 0.11654631, 0.4599806 ],
    [ 0.58694404, 0.03344925])

where the first column represent my x-co-ordinates and the second column represent my y-co-ordinates of the centre of discs with a fixed radius.

How do you produce scatter points (or disks) of a fixed radius (that you can choose) with a scale of 0 to 1 for both axis in python code using matplotlib?

Look through this http://matplotlib.org/gallery.html page to see if something suits your need.
