Python 2.3.4 released

Python 2.3.4 was released today (or possibly yesterday, depending on where in the world you are). This is a bugfix release, so there are no new features or language changes. However one big change for Windows users is the inclusion of Tix in the Windows installation, giving a larger set of Tkinter widgets to work with.
