    Lightbulb How Does Python Work?

Hi, i'm very new to python (about 3 hours) and i havent got a clue how it works, i know a rough syntax, but i was wondering if there were any websites i could visit to tell me about python, or any advice, you could give me, like does it need a server module, file extensions, lol. Sorry to annoy you as a noob, I program in PHP and Perl so i dont know that much about Python.

The Python Tutorial at python.org is really aimed at experienced Unix/Linux coders. Since you know PHP and Perl, this might suit you. However, Dive Into Python at diveintopython.org (plus the other tutorials linked to from there) is a better general resource for the inquiring newbie.

Python is such an intuitive language you'll be up and coding in no time.
