Python and .MSG Files
Hey All! I've cruised the net for a while trying to find a solution.
I've been trying to script an automated parse of outlook emails. Initially my task masters had me designing something to go through the PST's that were loaded into outlook...this I had no trouble with.
However, NOW they're instructing me that rather than go through a loaded PST, they would rather i go through a specified folder of saved .msg files! Nothing has worked! I'm trying to export attachments and message data (header stuff and body text) to specifically organized directories. I've got py32win already installed as i needed it for manipulating the pst's any help would be appreciated! I'd even settle for a sure fire code way to bring the .msg into a special, code-generated and temporary file in outlook that i can process.
PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!
