    Sha' please do not ask the same question in multiple threads. Also, try to limit the amount of threads you create by keeping related problems together.

    This makes it much easier for people to follow as well as improving your chance of getting quick reply .

    This thread talks about that problem.

    Do this:
    SET PASSWORD FOR 'some_user'@locahost = OLD_PASSWORD('newpwd');

    (where 'some_user' is your user name and 'newpwd' is your password.)
