Restarting windows services on remote machines?

Is it possible to restart services on a remote machine using wmi and does anyone know how? Or do I need to use a different package?

Before anyone thinks this is for a illicit deed, I'm an admin and we need to remove several olf printer objects from peoples registries and also stop and start the spooler. I've got the remote connectio nand registry modifications figured out but the service is giving me trouble.

The solution was it instead use this

    Side question
Doesn't python have some feature where I can do a .__doc__ or something else to see what all gets included when I do an import blah or a from blah import *? I was trying to find the properties and functions that wmi has but couldn't get it listed.

Yes I'm a bit new to python.

Something on ASPN should be good enough.
