School project

For a school project me and my friend are trying to create a program, using python and opencv, that can solve a sudoku puzzle using a camera. We are new to Python and OpenCv and beginners at programming. We were hoping that some of you might have some good tutorials or ideas to get us started. Thanks in advance.

Your project will involve linking together many components, otherwise I think you will not finish before you graduate. I once evaluated sudoku solvers, my own and those found on the internet. Without question this was the best for both speed and options. http://www2.research.att.com/~gsf/sudoku/
