Can someone help ?
I am trying to write a programme which deletes windows 2000 user profile any help ?

Deleting the folder c:\documents and settings\username will clear a profile.

The next time you log in, it will be recreated.

This will not, of course, remove the user acount from the system/domain.

Mmm, surly there is another way to do this i.e. deleting a spacific file in this directory. Deleting the user account folder, even if it is surposed to be temporary sounds a little scary to me .

Perhaps you could describe the effect you are trying to achieve. Complete removal of a user from the system or just the deletion of settings?
