    hi

Is there something like a voice library where I can tell the computer what to say and if then where?

Yes, you have to do that with the Windows Speech Engine. ASPN.Activestate.com has some code that shows how to use this. Another idea to use voice in an application is to do what I did. I downloaded CoolSpeech, an Audio Recorder, and Adobe Audition. CoolSpeech can play voices in over 10 voices, the recorder records the sounds when you play them into .WAV files. Of course when you press play on CoolSpeech and use the recorder to record something, you wil have maybe a second or two where no sound comes out. Adobe Audition can remove that blank space. wxPython has a function that can play sounds from .WAV files. Hope this helps.
