zope and mysql problem

Hi i have a local windows machine with mysql and zope installed,using this zope and mysql i m running local site, its working fine.

this machine have also external IP mean can be seen from internet.

I was previously using this mysql database from another ISP for my external site it was working too fine mean connection of mysql and zope was running fine from both end.

but last three days before it is working fine from local but from outside internet its giving mysql 2003(60) error.
not connecting.

i m stuk tried each and every thing searched google but no success any one cud help me
