Unhappy

I've got a problem starting up Zope for the first time on my Mandrake Linux 7.2 system. Basically I've installed the Zope and Zope-zserver packages.

I haven't been able to even start up the zserver and am getting nowhere fast. I suspect it's pilot error, but I'd appreciate a pointer to the right location or documentation (I'm not a dummy!).

The Zope package is current as of today:

Zope-zserver-2.2.4-1.3mdk
Zope-2.2.4-1.3mdk

Thanks,
.../Ed

Here's the content of /var/log/zope:
