    Talking New to Python

Hi Iím new to python and like to share my comments on it. Python has a very simple and clear syntax. And the need for indentation is very interesting compared to other languages such as c++ and Java where it just for readability. It has an excellent and easy to use list/array manipulation.

I have learnt alot about python and can't wait to learn more

    Thanks,
    Janita

    Hi.
One very good book ( and free) is available
    at http://diveintopython.org/ http://diveintopython.org/
except from the language itself, it explains about modules that can
    be very handy.

    Enjoy

    Great link Roy!

This gives me an idea.Maybe we can get a friendly mod,to start a new thread, and make it sticky. Then people can post links to helpful reading material inside.Could even be subsectioned for users ability(noob, intermediate, advanced, etc).I just think one thread with all the resources in it,would avoid alot of the "where can i read about" threads...
