    JavaScript Reading Options

I am looking for a way to read javascript outputs for web pages that I am analyzing. For example, on Overstock.com when you roll over each of the headers (ie "For the Home", "Furniture", etc) futher menu options come up, but they are not present in the html source. What is the best way for a program to get access and read these?

Either a tutorial explaining or just some guidance to point me in the right direction (library, similar thread etc.) would be really helpful.

    Thanks!

Ask in one of the web design forums. I've only just started reading Head First javaScript. And it's a good book.
