Can anybody help?
I am useless at regular expressions and I usely Google them if I need one, does anybody know of a regular expression that would replace with , if any body could help that would be much appreciated.

It's bad practice to use empty paragraphs.
Also you'd be more likely to get help if you used a descriptive thread title.

You don't need regular expressions for this, use whatever string-replacement function is in the language you're working with.
