    Help with simple RegExp syntax

    Hello!

I'm just learning RegExp, and now I keep getting stuck at this very (simple ) problem.

In a .txt file i have multiple lines. Every line contains timing data like this:
    Code:
    time [4.1s] [4100ms]
    time [5.53s] [5530ms]
All lines have different words/chars before and after the times.

I want to do a Find- and replace action (In Notepad++) to get the following, simple, format:
    Code:
    4.1
    5.53
How do I do it? What is the regular expression to use?
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

What have you tried? Is "numbers, a decimal point, more numbers, and the letter 's'" not specific enough? Looks like that would work fine, given the example.
