Remove Middle Initial
I have a csv file containing company names and contact names. Middle initials always occur as '\,* [A-Z]\,". I need to remove all occurrences of middle initials without removing trailing initials from company names (e.g., "B & B," "M & M").

If middle initials are always a single letter bound by commas, you're done. You've already given a regular expression that matches. What else is wrong?

Middle initials are always preceded by a first name and a space.
